Custom ERP development in Semey
Production, warehouse, procurement and finance in one loop, with exchange with 1C.
We work with companies in Semey remotely: discussion and demos over video, electronic documents, nobody has to travel. Companies do not order an ERP for the word in a presentation. They order it when five programs stop agreeing: the warehouse says one thing, production another, accounting a third, and a person reconciles them at month end.

Что входит в работу
We start where the losses are
Not «the whole ERP at once», but the module losing the most today.
1C keeps the statutory accounting
We take the operational loop and connect the two with an automatic exchange.
Cost per order
The question the whole project exists for: how much did we actually earn on this one.
Architecture sized to volume
How many documents a day and how much data over three years — answered before code.
Exchange designed for failure
What happens when the other system is down, when a packet arrives twice, when a batch fails halfway.
Source code handed over
With documentation and a deployment guide.
How we work with companies in Semey
Everything runs remotely: the task is reviewed and the work demonstrated over video, correspondence in messengers, contract and closing documents electronic, payment by bank transfer or Kaspi.
The estimate is given before the start, not after the fact: it is visible what has to be done now and what can wait for the next stage.
Timelines and warranty are fixed in the contract. Clients from other cities are served on exactly the same terms as those in Almaty.
When a company is ready for an ERP
Not by revenue, but by the number of places where the same data diverges between systems.
Procurement in a spreadsheet, warehouse in one program, production in another, sales in a CRM, accounting in 1C — each works, together they do not.
«How much did we earn on this order» requires a person who spends half a day merging five sources.
The buyer cannot see that production reserved the material; production cannot see the order was cancelled.
The modules it is assembled from
Procurement and warehouse: requirement, supplier order, receipt, stock by warehouse and bin, reservations.
Production: specifications, orders, material write-off against actuals, output and cost.
Sales: orders, reservation, shipment, settlements.
Finance: payments, cash movement, cost and margin per order.
Exchange with 1C: statutory accounting stays there, the operational loop lives in the ERP.
Why it is rolled out in parts
The first module launches in 8-12 weeks, starts paying off and shows how the company actually works.
The second is designed with that knowledge: part of the original plan turns out unnecessary and something unforeseen appears.
One large project against one specification looks solid, but requirements change over a year and half gets rewritten before a user sees it.
Как запускаем
- Survey. Where data diverges and which module loses the most.
- Module design. Data structure, exchange with 1C, load, estimate.
- Development. A working slice every two weeks.
- Module launch. Balance migration, parallel running, training.
- Next module. Estimated after the previous one is live.
Частые вопросы
Do you work with companies in Semey?
Yes, remotely across Kazakhstan: discussion over video, electronic documents, payment by bank transfer or Kaspi. Nobody has to travel.
How much does custom ERP development cost?
From ₸1,500,000 for the first module. The full system is priced module by module: each is estimated after the previous has launched.
Will the ERP replace our 1C?
Usually not, and it should not. Statutory accounting stays in 1C, the ERP takes the operational loop, with an automatic exchange between them.
How long does implementation take?
The first module 8-12 weeks. A full rollout stretches over a year, which is why it is done in parts.
Why not buy a ready-made ERP?
On standard manufacturing, buy one. A custom system is justified when the process is non-standard or when adapting the boxed product costs more than building.
Do you build ERPs for construction companies?
Yes. Sites, estimates, material write-off per site and cost per site separately — a frequent request.
