Invoices, payments and items without double entry.
A manager issues an invoice in 1C and runs the deal in the CRM — and by the end of the week the two disagree. We connect the systems so the invoice and the payment are visible inside the deal and the counterparty is not created twice.

Where the data diverges
Counterparties: «Romashka LLP» in the CRM and «Romashka, LLP» in 1C are already two different customers, and no report will ever reconcile.
Payments: the deal sits in «awaiting payment» although the money arrived three days ago — nobody told the manager.
Items: the product is typed by hand, the price comes from an old list, and the invoice does not match what was shipped.
What we configure
Matching the counterparty and item reference books — the slowest part, and the one everything else depends on.
Issuing invoices from the deal card, returning payment status to the CRM, and passing shipments where needed.
And monitoring: the exchange must report its own failures. If the 1C configuration is non-standard, we work inside it too — we run a dedicated 1C practice.

Frequently asked
Which 1C configuration is required?
We work with standard and modified ones. What matters is the state of the code and whether the changes are documented.
Will the exchange be real time?
Usually on a schedule, which is enough. Real time is rarely needed and costs more — we will say so during the review.
What about existing duplicates?
Cleaning the reference books is part of the project. Without it the integration cements the mess instead of removing it.
How much does it cost?
By scope: how many entities are synced, the state of the reference books, and whether 1C needs changes.
Who owns the exchange afterwards?
We can run it, or hand it to your team with documentation.
