What is worth automating first
Everything that repeats daily and follows a rule: creating a task on a stage change, reminding about an unanswered request, alerting a manager about a deal stuck too long.
Generating documents from deal data — invoices, quotes, contracts. Here automation saves both time and mistakes in company details.
Approvals and complex routes are better added later, once the basic process has settled — otherwise you get bureaucracy everyone routes around.
