Bitrix24 REST API integrations
The portal exchanges data with any system you run.
Through the REST API the portal can talk to almost anything: warehouse, logistics, banking services, industry systems. The only real question is how carefully errors and rate limits are handled.

What we do
Two-way exchange
Data moves both ways by your rules.
Rate limits respected
Requests do not hit platform restrictions.
Queues and retries
An external outage does not lose data.
Logs and monitoring
You can see what was sent, when, and what failed.
Webhooks or applications
We pick the method by task and security needs.
Documentation
The exchange description is handed over with the code.
What gets connected most often
Warehouse and accounting systems — so stock and shipments are visible inside the deal.
Logistics and delivery services — order statuses arrive in the card automatically.
Payment services and banks — payment confirmation without reconciling statements by hand.
And industry systems: medical, manufacturing, transport — wherever the business has its own specifics.
Where integrations usually break
On rate limits: the platform caps request frequency, and a naive implementation hits that cap during the first bulk exchange.
On external errors: if no response arrives, the data must go into a queue and be retried, not vanish.
And on silent failures: without logs and alerts, a broken exchange is discovered a week later when the numbers stop matching. We close these three in every project.
How we run it
- Review. Which systems, which data, in which direction.
- Exchange scheme. Entities, frequency, error handling.
- Development. On a test environment, with logging.
- Trial run. On real data, before switching on.
- Launch. Monitoring and review of the first weeks.
Frequently asked
How much does an integration cost?
By scope: number of entities, directions of exchange, complexity of the external system.
The external system has no API — what then?
We look at alternatives: file exports, database access, an intermediate service. And we say honestly if the task cannot be solved.
Can data be lost on failure?
That is what queues with retries are for: undelivered data is sent again rather than disappearing.
Who watches the exchange afterwards?
Monitoring is set up immediately and alerts go to you. The exchange can be run by your team or by us.
Does it work with an on-premise portal?
Yes, the API is the same. Only access and authorisation differ.
