On-premise Bitrix24: setup and configuration
A portal on your own server, when data must not leave the building.
On-premise is not for everyone: it costs more to run and needs administration. But where there are data residency requirements or deep customisation is needed, there is no alternative to it.

What we do
Your data
Portal and database on your server or in your data centre.
Deep customisation
Code access where the cloud sets limits.
Server sizing
Configuration calculated for your headcount and load.
Planned updates
With a staging environment, not «update and see».
Backups
Configured immediately and verified by restoring.
Honest review
If the cloud is enough, we say so and save you money.
When on-premise is genuinely required
When there is a requirement to keep data inside the company or the country — that is the usual reason.
When customisation impossible in the cloud is needed: own logic at code level, or integrations with internal systems not reachable from the internet.
In every other case the cloud is cheaper and calmer: no server to administer, no updates to chase, no specialist to keep. We say this plainly, even though on-premise means more work for us.
What the installation includes
Server selection and preparation, environment setup, portal deployment, mail, backups and monitoring.
Data migration if you are moving from the cloud or another system. Company structure, permissions and funnels.
And an update policy: who updates the portal, when, where the staging environment is and how to roll back. Without it, on-premise becomes an un-updatable system within a year.
How we run it
- Requirements. Whether on-premise is truly needed.
- Server. Sizing and environment preparation.
- Installation. Deployment, mail, backups, monitoring.
- Configuration. Structure, permissions, funnels, integrations.
- Policy. Updates, staging, rollback plan.
Frequently asked
How much does on-premise Bitrix24 cost?
The licence is paid to the vendor separately and depends on user count. Our work is scoped: server, installation, migration, configuration.
What server do we need?
It depends on headcount and activity. We size it for your case rather than «with room to spare».
Who will update the portal?
We can, on a policy, or your administrator. What matters is that updates happen at all — otherwise the point of on-premise is lost.
Can the cloud be moved on-premise?
Yes. The scope depends on data volume and customisations.
What if we change our mind?
The reverse move is possible too, but deciding at the start is cheaper — which is why we begin with a requirements review.
